HOW TO USE
Place brush at base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip. Removes easily with waterproof eye makeup remover.
Precautions: Flammable until dry. Do not use near fire, flame or heat. To safeguard L’Oreal purity, reserve this product for your personal use.
