Shape brows with spoolie prior to filling in for desired shape. Apply pencil with short, hair-like strokes to fill in brows. Use spoolie again to blend color for a natural-looking finish. Finish off by setting brows into place with Ulta Beauty Collection’s Brow Shaping Gel for maximum and results.
