Skin Fetish: Sublime Perfection Blurring Under Eye Powder

Suggested Usage:
Blur & Set Effortlessly with Light/Medium/Deep
1. After applying your Concealer (sold separately), add a sheer sweep of the Blurring Under-Eye Powder over the under-eye area to blur, smooth, brighten, and set your concealer in place.
2. Dab on dark areas and spots with the Concealer Brush (sold separately) to brighten.
3. Sweep over cheekbones for a touch of subtle illumination.
4. Apply along the brow bones to achieve a natural-looking highlight.
5. To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones. Gently blend to a luminous finish.

1. After applying your Concealer (sold separately), add a sheer sweep of the Blurring Under-Eye Powder to blur, brighten, neutralize skin tone, and set your concealer in place.
2. Dab on dark areas and spots with the Concealer Brush (sold separately) to brighten.
3. To create a subtle lifted effect, apply additional Concealer and Powder starting at the outer corners of the eyes and up toward the temples, almost to the brow bones. Gently blend to a luminous finish.
