HOW TO USE
Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. For makeup removal, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away!
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.
Pro Tip: To double cleanse for that extra-clean feeling, follow with your favorite e.l.f. cleanser, like Holy Hydration! Daily Cleanser.
Step 4: Use the Keep Your Balance Toner to remove any remaining impurities.
Step 5: Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized using the Holy Hydration! Face Cream.
Step 6: Hydrate under eyes with the Holy Hydration! Eye Cream.
