HOW TO USE
Step 1: Scoop out a dime-sized amount of makeup melting balm with the included spatula and massage onto dry skin.
Step 2: Moisten fingertips and continue to massage into the skin using circular motions. For makeup removal, apply all over carefully ensuring eyes are closed and watch your makeup melt away.
Step 3: Rinse with water or remove with a warm damp cleansing cloth.

I wear the longest-lasting eyeliner and the stickiest mascara in existence when I do convince myself to wear it, and it’s REALLY hard to get off. I took a risk on this stuff, and it totally paid off. It It melts even the most stubborn makeup off. I just put it on my fingers, rub it in circles, and it just… comes right off.
